In terms of format, I kinda see if you put together long-form and newsletters you get quite a big chunk... showing perhaps why Substack is also investing in video and podcast (not just short-form Notes). I know, fascinating! As for the newsletters, it could also be a bias because the audience responding is pre-disposed to appreciating the format but people did feel strongly and told me I should have included Substack as a platform.
